Conner did some renovations and repairs after we moved into a new home. We needed to make it accessible for a wheelchair. Conner didn’t just change things to meet a code but really helped us figure out what worked specifically for our needs. All he did was quality. I was very pleased with all of his work and will definitely call on him for any future needs we have.

Connor did an incredible job on my bathroom. He accommodated my requests and he was friendly, honest, and transparent about his pricing. I am so impressed with how well this bathroom remodel went. I’ve been trying to get it remodeled for years, but none of the other contractors seemed as professional and knowledgeable as Connor.



Conner was great to work with. He transformed my empty basement into a beautiful apartment. He was able to work with me on the building permit, was timely and self-motivated (there was no need to call and ask where he was), he stayed on budget and even had the know-how to take my rough plans and tweak them to create a more cost-effective build with better flow (my plans would have prevented a couch from being carried in; he saw it and was able to change things up to correct it before it became a problem). 

I would hire him again and give him lots of freedom in picking the materials and trust him with any budget changes that needed to be made.

Connor did a great job of fixing the tile in our bathroom. He was fast, professional, and very accommodating. He also did it for much less than his competitors. My wife and I chose CWM Remodeling for several reasons. After meeting with Connor, we were comfortable with him and felt that he was someone we could trust since he would be coming in and out of our home. We saw pictures of some of his work and liked what we saw, and lastly, but not least, his estimate was what we thought was honest and fair. First, he remodeled our master bath, and like a lot of remodeling jobs, we needed to make a couple of changes to our original plans. He was very open and accommodating to us. My wife and I were happy with his work and asked him to go ahead and do the remodel on our kitchen. During both jobs, he would make sure he cleaned up the job site daily. He was always open to questions and our thoughts of what we wanted. We learned that communication is very important during this process and he is open to this. He would keep us updated on the progress and his goals for the week. He did what he could to minimize our impact on being without a kitchen. Because of some changes that were made mid work (Some work that did not need to be done as expected, and some additional things we asked for) he recalculated his price from his original estimate, which ended up being lower. We found Connor to be professional, courteous and timely. And importantly, our animals like him. We are planning to use him again for future work and we have referred him to the family.

CWM did a great job on my bathroom remodel! I think the pricing was very reasonable for what CWM did. They poured new concrete, redid the flooring, replaced the toilet, sink and vanity. Conner did batten trim and painted. Conner was very communicative about when he'd be over to work on it. He really elevated the space, transforming the bathroom. When the wallpaper was coming off slightly, he came back to adjust it. Would definitely recommend his work!!

Conner is honest, prompt and does EXCELLENT work!! I will never use or recommend anyone else!!! He has done work for me from repairing drywall, remodeling my brothers kitchen, to completing my daughters work office which was an entire basement and it’s beautiful!
